Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes! You will receive an order confirmation via email immediately after placing your order. This email will include your order number (a 5-digit code), order summary, and shipping details.

I entered incorrect address details. Can I change this?
If you’ve entered incorrect address details, please contact us as soon as possible at support@ellingtonfashion.com so we can adjust your information before your order is shipped.


Shipping

Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship exclusively to the United Kingdom.

What are the shipping costs?
Good news! We offer free shipping on all orders—Ellington & Co. covers the costs.

How can I track my order?
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. This will allow you to check your order status and provide any necessary delivery instructions.

I have not received my order. What should I do?
If your order hasn’t arrived yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your email for the order confirmation and tracking details.
  2. If your package appears delayed or missing, contact us at support@ellingtonfashion.com with your order number. We will investigate the issue and assist you in resolving it.

My tracking information says my order has been returned. What should I do?
If your package has been returned to us, please reach out to support@ellingtonfashion.com. One of our customer service representatives will look into the issue and find a solution as quickly as possible.


Returns & Exchanges

I changed my mind. Can I return my order?
Of course! You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it. Once we receive the returned item, we will refund your purchase within 14 days. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

I want to exchange a product. How do I do that?
You can exchange your order for a new item free of charge within 30 days of delivery. However, the return shipping cost of the original item is the responsibility of the customer. The new item will be shipped within 7 days of receiving the returned package.

The product arrived damaged. What should I do?
We’re sorry to hear that! If you received a damaged product, please send a photo of the item along with your order number within 14 days to support@ellingtonfashion.com. We will replace the damaged item at no extra cost and ship a new one within 7 days.

I received the wrong order. What should I do?
If you received the wrong product, please send a photo of the item along with your order number within 30 days to support@ellingtonfashion.com. We will send you the correct order at no additional cost within 7 days.

I never received my order. What now?
If your order never arrived, please email us at support@ellingtonfashion.com with your order number. We will investigate the issue and arrange for a replacement to be sent within 7 days.

I would like to cancel my order. How does it work?
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us within 4 hours of placing it. Once we process the cancellation, we will refund the full purchase amount within 14 days. Contact us at support@ellingtonfashion.com as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
