Returns & Cancellations
At Ellington & Co., customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) in accordance with the policy outlined below.
Return Policy
We understand that sometimes a product might not be quite right. You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as they meet the following return conditions:

All original components must be included, and the product must be returned in its original packaging.

The item must show only normal handling; damage caused by improper use or carelessness is not accepted.

Products where hygiene is important (e.g., personal accessories or intimate items) must be thoroughly cleaned prior to return.

In the rare case of a defective product upon arrival, please report it to us immediately.

Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns will be processed within 7 working days of receipt. If the product meets our return criteria, it will be officially accepted.
⚠️ Ellington & Co. reserves the right to decline returns if the items are used or damaged through no fault of our own.
Please Note: No Free Returns
We do not offer free returns at this time.
All return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
How to Initiate a Return
If your order meets the conditions above, please follow these steps to begin the return process:

Once we’ve reviewed your request, we will send you the correct return address.
Do not send returns to the sender address on your package—this is not our return facility.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
As an EU consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, under the following terms:
A. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your purchase within 14 days, starting from the day you (or a third party other than the courier) receive your item(s).
Due to our automated processing system, orders are executed immediately after being placed.
This means we cannot cancel or stop a shipment once it has been processed.
If your order is already on the way, we kindly ask you to wait for the delivery and then follow our return procedure.
To cancel your order, please contact us via email with a clear statement of your intention to withdraw from the purchase.
The cancellation becomes effective once we have received the returned goods.
To help us process your return quickly, we recommend providing a shipping confirmation or tracking number.
Refunds After Withdrawal
If your cancellation is approved, we will refund all payments received from you excluding:

Any additional fees from selecting non-standard shipping methods
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving both your withdrawal notice and the returned goods.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless another arrangement is made.
There are no additional fees for refund processing.
Return Address
All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia.
You will receive the return address after contacting our support team.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
